Our state-of-the-art equipment is designed to ensure quick and accurate fault diagnosis. The dealer will access Ford systems to identify any outstanding Field Service Actions required to improve the vehicle’s performance.

Blocked filters cause your engine to work harder and emit more CO2. Which is why we always check the condition of your air filter during your scheduled service.
During your Ford service, our expert technicians will ensure your essential fluids are checked and topped up if necessary, including engine oil (max. 1L), coolant (Max. 0.5L), and screen wash (max. 0.5L).
Have your vehicle serviced in line with our recommendations and have the details recorded in the Ford Digital Service Record system. All Authorised Dealers can access the Digital Service Record for your vehicle to confirm its service history and Warranty status, if you decide to sell your vehicle on.

Your participating Ford Dealer may recommend that certain essential work be carried out on the grounds of safety before you drive your vehicle. ***Ford Roadside Assistance is only available at participating dealers with a Ford Scheduled Service or Convenience Check. Ford Roadside Assistance applies to all vehicles regardless of age or mileage, excludes fleet vehicles and is valid from the date of service for 12 months, or until the next service is due, whichever comes first. Includes European service for Roadside Assistance and Repair and towing to a Ford dealer - see terms and conditions for countries covered. Ford Roadside Assistance applies to the serviced vehicle only. ****Fluid levels will be topped-up to the vehicle manufacturer recommended levels and are limited to half a litre of coolant, half a litre of screen wash and 1 litre of engine oil. Additional quantities of fluid will be charged accordingly with customer’s consent. Should a fault be identified as the reason for a fluid top-up being required then further investigation would be necessary and therefore fluid top-up will not be included.
