Ford Assistance is a roadside rescue, repair and recovery service that helps you at home or anywhere in Europe and the UK, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Every new Ford comes with free Ford Assistance for 12 months. While approved used Fords benefit from two years free Ford Assistance.

Have your scheduled service at Pat Kirk Ford, and we’ll extend Ford Assistance for 12 months for free.

How do I contact Ford Roadside Assistance?

You can contact Roadside Assistance using the Service screen of FordPass®* or by phone, using the details below.

To find warranty information for your vehicle, visit the Ford Support website and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

To contact Roadside Assistance Customer Service, use one of the following options:

• If you are in the UK, you should call Ford One Call on 0203 5644444 Option 1.

Open the FordPass App.

• Go to the Service screen.
• Tap Roadside Assistance.
• For Roadside Assistance:
• Enter your phone number.
• Select one of the following options:
• Yes, I agree to share information
• No, do not share information
• Tap Call Roadside Assistance.
