POSITION: Trainee Sales Executive
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager
WORKING HOURS: 9.00am- 5.30pm with 1 late evening per week, and alternative Saturdays.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Car Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers by understanding their needs and helping them find the ideal vehicle. Build relationships with customers by offering excellent service and ensuring a positive experience. Learn to present and demonstrate vehicle features, options, and financing plans to customers. Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly sales targets and goals. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends to offer customers the best solutions. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and foster future sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.What We Are Looking For:
A strong interest in cars and a desire to learn about the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with customers. Motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly in different situations. Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings, as required.
