Everbody showed nothing but kindness Just a short note of thanks to all the team at Pat Kirk Ltd. for the help and assistance shown to my family and myself last Thursday.

Everybody showed nothing but kindness to us during our ordeal and went out of their way to help and assist. The coffee & biscuits were especially welcome!

We all arrived home to Wexford around 7.00pm and our trusty camper followed the next day.
Easy and Stress-Free alesman Darragh in the Omagh Store, along with manager James made the experience of purchasing a new Ford car easy and stress-free. Both Darragh and James ensured I had a complete understanding of all of my options and listened to what I needed from a new car. They ensured I picked a vehicle that was suited to me and left me feeling assured I made the right decision. The care and attention from Darragh was greatly appreciated as I was stressed going into the store.
They explained my car issue by showing me...no jargon Really helpful staff. They made me so comfortable. Everyone that passed while I was waiting asked if I needed help. They explained my car issue by showing me...no jargon. They couldn't do the bodywork but told me what I needed to pass to the body shop and didn't charge for the advice. Very kind.

After 8 months of being messed around and told incorrect information by another dealership in Belfast Andy and Michelle came to the rescue. Both went above and beyond to help us get our new vehicle within 2.5weeks after a test drive. You have a new customer for life, see you at my first service.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service Just had our car serviced at Pat Kirk Omagh. I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received both from staff and service people. Had our car washed and it look like new. Thank you to Brian and all concerned.
