We are proud to share that we have raised £1,000 for Chest, Heart and Stroke NI following a staff fundraising initiative held in memory of our much-loved colleague Fay, who sadly passed away in October 2025.
The total was raised through our Christmas Jumper Day fundraiser, with our team donating generously throughout the day. We then matched the staff total, bringing the overall donation to £1,000.
The cheque was presented by our Group Marketing Manager, Jolene Farrell, to Jamie Montgomery, volunteer at Chest, Heart and Stroke NI.
This donation was made in honour of Fay, who worked with us as our Mazda Accounts Administrator for over five years and was a familiar, friendly face to both colleagues and customers across our Mazda showroom.
Philip Lyons, our Mazda Sales Manager, paid tribute to Fay:
“Fay was a much-loved member of the Pat Kirk team and a friendly face in our Mazda showroom for over five years. She was known for her kindness, her sense of humour, and for being a true friend to so many of her colleagues. She had a way of lifting the mood, even on the busiest days, and her presence is deeply missed by us all.
We are incredibly proud to support such an important cause in her honour, and through this annual fundraiser, we hope to keep her memory alive and ensure her legacy continues to be part of our Pat Kirk family for many years to come.”
Our Christmas Jumper Day fundraiser will now take place every year in Fay’s memory, allowing us to continue supporting the vital work of Chest, Heart and Stroke NI in Northern Ireland while honouring the lasting impact she had on our team and our business.
