Nissan Pan-European Roadside Assistance
If the worst should happen and you’re in need of some help, it’s nice to know that you’ll get the celebrity treatment without any of the downsides of course. All new Nissan vehicles come with three years’ Pan-European Roadside Assistance cover. Offering a range of services, it ensures that you stay mobile with minimum inconvenience.You’ll also benefit from one of our You+Nissan Customer Promises every time you service your car at your local Nissan Dealership. Meaning you can continue to enjoy one year Nissan Roadside Assistance, even after your initial three years, completely free of charge. Handy if you’re one of the jet set.
What you cover Includes
Whatever happens, Nissan Pan-European Roadside Assistance services will help you stay mobile with the minimum of inconvenience. And your Nissan will be covered regardless of who is driving - just as long as they have your permission and a valid driving license.
Roadside Repair
Approximately 80% of all motoring problems can be resolved at the roadside by our assistance -patrol, allowing you to continue your journey with the least possible delay.
Towing Service
If it’s not possible to solve a problem at the roadside - or if your vehicle is immobilised in an accident - it will be recovered and towed to your ‘home’ dealer (if within 30 miles), or to the nearest Nissan Dealer for repair.
Additional Services
If your vehicle is immobilised or unavailable due to a mechanical or self-induced breakdown or accident, ahs been towed to a Nissan Dealer and cannot be repaired the same day, we can offer you one of the following solutions.
Replacement Vehicle
We’ll keep you on the road with a replacement vehicle for a maximum of three working days or until the repair is completed, whichever is sooner.
Hotel Accommodation
If you need hotel accommodation while your vehicle’s being repaired, we can offer you bed and breakfast in a 3-star hotel (for equivalent) for up to three nights.
Public Transport
Should you choose to, you are your passengers can continue your journey using public transport - this will also cover the driver’s return journey to collect the vehicle following its repair. The options available are:

Taxi up to 30 miles.

Train or ship, first class.

Plane ticket, economy class, if a train journey would take more than eight hours.
Repatriation
If your vehicle remains immobilised or unavailable more than three working days after being towed to a Nissan Dealer whilst abroad, Nissan Pan-European Roadside Assistance will repatriate the vehicle, driver, passengers and luggage to your home dealer. Please be advised that some services provided in Europe differ from those in the United Kingdom.

How long you’re covered
All new Nissan vehicles (petrol and diesel cars) come with three years’ Nissan Pan-European Roadside Assistance - covering you for up to 60,000 miles of confident driving. Don’t forget - Nissan Pan-European Roadside Assistance is also provided for all new Nissan Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) for five years and covers you for up to 100,000 miles in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.

A working day is defined as Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding bank holidays.

What to do if you need Roadside Assistance
If your vehicle becomes immobilised - or never gets started - all you need to do is call the assistance number and you’ll be put straight through to a Nissan European Roadside Assistance specialist who will ask for you - vehicle’s registration number.
Your specialist will arrange for an engineer to come out to you and the incident will be monitored throughout, ensuring you receive a speedy service, if the problem can’t be resolved at the roadside, you’ll be able to discuss your options and arrange further services.
