ROLE: Accounts Administrator
ROLE TYPE: Full Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9am- 5.30pm
LOCATION: Pat Kirk Ltd, Omagh
REPORTS TO: Accounts Manager
At Pat Kirk Ltd, we are currently hiring an accounts administrator to join our successful Omagh branch.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for all daily accounting functions for our Nissan Franchise.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be a dependable team member.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining customer records and accounts
- Manage obligations to suppliers and third-party vendors
- Telephonist Duties
- Completing daily banking and monthly reconciliations
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts, month-end duties and managing departmental deadlines
- Taking care of administrative tasks, such as email correspondence, filing, printing, and invoicing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Apply a Pro-Active and structured approach to tasks
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
Full in-house training will be provided.
