The Service Manager is at the heart of the aftersales operations, and you will be responsible for leading and motivating the aftersales team to deliver profitability, while working in a franchised environment, where standards are high and delivering quality and service to the customer is paramount.

Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Salary: Based on Experience [Will be discussed with successful candidate]
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and alternative Saturdays 9am-1pm
Location: Pat Kirk Ltd, Omagh
Responsibilities:
- Manage performance to achieve key targets, and deliver continuous improvement
- Leading, motivating and training your team
- Ensuring company and manufacturer standards are met.
- Assists with managing workshop productivity and efficiency
- Budgeting and forecasting with other senior managers
- Provides advice, and sign off on key issues
- Reporting to senior management regularly
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with other departments
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with a franchised Motor Dealer (desirable)
- A passion for delivering great customer service
- High levels of literacy and numeracy
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team to achieve success
- Good organisational and IT skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be positive and friendly with a professional work ethic
- The ability to stay calm under pressure.
- An understanding of how to identify and maximise sales opportunities
- A full clean driving licence held for a minimum of one year.
