At Pat Kirk Ltd we take the health and safety of both our staff and customers very seriously, and as per government guidance, our showrooms re-opened at 9am on Monday 8th June.

Within all of our showrooms we have implemented some changes to ensure everyone remains safe when visiting us, without jeopardizing the level of service which we provide.

  • We ask all visitors to our showrooms wear masks/ face coverings where possible

  • Prior to your visit we ask that in order to minimise the number of people we have in the showroom we would ask that no more than 2 people are present per booking/appointment and also that you should only attend our showroom if you have confirmed your visit with one of our service advisors/ sales executives

  • Ahead of your visit to our aftersales department, we would like to make you aware that due to current restrictions, we are unable to provide collection/ drop off services, or courtesy cars.

Below we have outlines some of the changes which you will notice during your visit;

  • We have implemented a strict 2m social distancing policy throughout our showroom, with clear signage both inside and outside the building.

  • Upon entry to our showrooms we ask that all customers sanitize their hand at the stations provided before proceeding.

  • When visiting our service and parts counter we have introduced one way systems which are clearly marked with floor stickers, and we ask that this is followed at all times.

  • A number of perspex glass screens have been fitted around our parts and service counters. We would ask that customers use the floor markings provided and do not approach the counter until they are asked to do so.

  • When dropping off keys, you will be asked to place your car keys into a clear sealable bag and hand to our service advisors.

  • Any paper work which needs to complete can be done so, with disposable pens available to use at the desk and we also have contactless payment methods available.

  • As well as regular cleansing and disinfecting of all customer facing areas, when your vehicle is in our aftersales department we will be using additional materials to reduce the risk of bacteria spreading, this includes disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers and gear stick covers and also other touch points such as door handles will be cleansed with disinfectant.

  • We have made a number of changes to our waiting areas with seating and tables now spread out, and additionally we are unable to provide vending machines or tea and coffee facilities, as well as removing newspapers, leaflets and brochures. A number of hand sanitizers are also available within our waiting area.

  • Following the work being carried out on your car, the main touch points of your vehicle will be sanitized upon the keys being handed back to you.

  • We ask that when leaving the showroom we ask you again are mindful of the one way system which we have in place.

  • In order to maintain highly sanitized vehicles, vehicles on our forecourt and in the showroom will be locked at all times. To see inside a vehicle please speak to a member of our sales team who will be able to help.

  • During this time we will also be offering unaccompanied test drives, subject to terms and conditions being met.

  • All physical brochures and leaflets have been removed from our showrooms, however an electronic copy can be sent to your email address upon request.

  • When purchasing a new vehicle, we can offer contactless payment methods, and at the point of handover we are implementing a no handshake policy.
